Dr. Tommy Leong served eleven years of active duty with the U.S. Navy. He's been a Carrier Air Wing Flight Surgeon. He's treated many student athletes and has provided event coverage for many NCAA events. He's even helped care for the San Francisco 49ers. He's an MD from Georgetown University, fellowship trained in Sports Medicine at Stanford and prides himself on taking time to make sure that his patients understand their injury so that, together, they can select treatment options that best meet their goals.
Dr. Leong specializes in the treatment of shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle injuries, with subspecialty interests in sports medicine and the treatment of complex disorders of the shoulder and knee, including arthroscopic shoulder surgery, rotator cuff repair, instability/dislocation and ACL reconstructions.
