The physicians of OSS have been pioneers in many new procedures, earning the practice a reputation for innovation and success. Our continuous commitment to medical and technological advances is a leading reason given by referring physicians for their choice to recommend Orthopedic Specialties of Spartanburg to their patients.

OSS specializes in fluoroscopic, computer - and video-assisted procedures, and is one of very few practices to maintain state-of-the-art MRI technology on-site to ensure accuracy, speed recovery processes, provide convenience, and improve effectiveness. Minimally invasive techniques are now being used to treat an increasing number of orthopedic conditions, including fractures, bone infections, and cartilage replacement, while new advances are constantly under review in preparation for full understanding of technology and procedures on the horizon.

OSS maintains an on-site MRI with state-of-the-art wide design for accuracy, efficiency, and patient convenience. The larger opening is especially helpful with children, heavier adults, and those who are claustrophobic.
