Dr. Elliott was drawn to Orthopedics because he likes to “fix things”. He believes if you listen to your patients they will tell you what is wrong with them. He is a S.C. native raised in Georgetown with 15 years of orthopedic experience. Prior to joining Orthopedic Specialties he practiced at Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas, Greenville and Coastal Orthopaedic Associates in Conway. While in Conway Dr. Elliott served as team physician for Coastal Carolina University. He is looking forward to making Orthopedic Specialties and Spartanburg, S.C. his home. Dr. Elliott is a sports fan and enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with his wife, twin sons and two dogs

Dr. Elliott’s range of specialties include treatment of acute and chronic injuries of the shoulder and knee. He performs advanced arthroscopic restoration procedures, which includes ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff repair. He has an interest in arthritic conditions of those joints. His treatment regimen may range from a number of non-operative modalities to joint reconstruction; including partial or total replacement of the shoulder and knee. Treatment is individualized for each patient.

Dr. Hudson is a native of upstate SC. He grew up as an active sports enthusiast but a knee injury caused him to pursue the field of medicine, specifically Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). This specialty focuses on restoring patient’s functional ability and improving their quality of life. He completed his residency in PM&R at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and is now excited to return to the area. He is eager to help each patient find non-operative options for addressing their pain and helping them reach their optimal function. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as pursuing hobbies such as photography and mountain biking.
